1. Neck - measured from center of button to center of buttonhole.
2. Chest - Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.
3. Body Length At Back - Measured from high point of shoulder to finished hem at back.
4. Sleeve Length - Start at center of neck and measure down shoulder, down sleeve to hem.
5. Pockets - Multiply width by height of pocket.
